Reach your happiness
Everyone who got a chance to live in this worlds are definitely always try to reach every single personal positive and beneficiary objects which are available around them. Let's just say......had enough money, being a favorite person among your group, got an empathy from others, and able to be respected in your own expectation , Etc. Some of those who are trying to reach these objects are made it!! and some of them are not. Most of those who are not able to reach this objects are making speculations to themselves in various way. For example, become melancholic person, get themselves far away from the happening crowds, gaining hate towards other, or possibly just stay in the area which can be says as their comfort zone which makes them unable to unleashed their personality and tend not to make any changes. All these speculations are made because actually they are suffering sadness and i would like to share some of "The Cure" in my opinion to this issue.
1. Gratefulness
Happiness is not as complicated as you think. Every time you feel bad, every time you are failed to something, every time you feels that you are out of luck, just think about someone out there which are not as lucky as you ( there are always be someone ) and just remember the most tiny and simple thing which makes you had a better life compares to them. Just try to make yourself realized that actually happiness always comes with you everywhere you go because happiness is your gratefulness.
2. Forgive
Most of those who are making speculation to their soul are not sincerely accepted their situations and manage themselves to reach their expectations with their emotional and selfish way of act. Most of them are failed, and further will find another hard way to fix it. You need to forgive yourself to every single mistake you have made. Just think deeply and realized that every single things you do are containing a mistake (because actually it is) even thought you first thought it was a good thing or the best thing you could ever decide. Just think about any tiny better thing you could possibly evaluate or give an addition. Just think until somehow you found one.
3. Simplicity
Everyone who can be says made it to be happy or not, are definitely had a personal wishful thinking which forced them to act based on what they are expecting. Sometimes, they do forgot that fortune is always took part in this, and no one could ever calculates or determines the existence. Keep in mind!! it doesn't means that you need to lower your expectations, you just need to reach all of your goal with sincere and mutual benefits basis. Make it simple, somehow this simple way of act will bring a better personal point of view and leads you to a better future.
4. See, Listen and Feel
This is the step where people are gaining or loosing their happiness. What you see, what you hear and what you are got into, are always become the triggers on what you feels. Don't ever took a negative signal from any bad things happened, because you won't get any better if you are not absorbing the positive thing contains from what happened. Just simply look up to number 2 and 3 :) . Also try to see and listen others, see and listen carefully what they are emphatically did it for and feel yourself becomes them. By doing this, you will be easier absorb the positive part of whatever happened which are going to be your evaluation object or a provision for a better you.
